We recently deployed our specialized personnel to execute Passenger with Reduced Mobility Services (PRM) at Inverness Airport. We are dedicated to improving the travel encounter for Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRM), concentrating on protection, client attention, and adherence with legal requirements, incorporating the Equality Act 2010 and pertinent regulations.

Inclusive Access and Support

We’re honored to have participated in facilitating the creation and introduction of the internationally-acknowledged Sunflower Lanyard Scheme. The program, a partnership established at Gatwick Airport in 2016, supports individuals with concealed disabilities in public areas like airports. A sunflower lanyard indicates to OCS staff and others that the person may require extra assistance, comprehension, or patience.
